I obtain your personal data directly through a conversation, via the website, via email, by telephone or in another way.

Nicola Light processes the following categories of personal data:
contact details, such as email address and telephone numbers;
relevant background information provided by yourself about family circumstances and family of origin; history.

Nicola Light processes these personal data for various purposes, such as:

How long data is stored
In case of a session. Nicola Light stores your contact details and invoices, digitally and on paper, for at least 7 years in accordance with the fiscal retention obligation.

The data consists of:
Handwritten notes that are stored in a file. The file is stored in a locked, specifically intended for that use, filing cabinet in my office.
Digital documents such as the ceremony overview, emails and invoices, which are located in a secure IT environment.
When you leave a comment, that comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This way we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of having to moderate them.

For users that register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also see and edit that information.

You can always ask what data we have stored about you.
You can also request to adjust your data.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

What rights you have over your data

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
